OK.  That was in the sense of "it doesn't exist now".

Sorry.  I was trying to answer his question in the present tense.
Hence, the use of "doesn't" which is present tense.

But, it will exist.

I'm sorry that I answered quickly and pointed back to the previous
discussion, rather than answering thoroughly.  But, I am still trying to
get this release out.

Thank you for pointing out the lack of thoroughness of my language, and
how it led to a misunderstanding.  The misunderstanding was not intended.
