Well, in what I outlined, there'd be three spec files (unless one
of the project choses to further split its packaging): the
infrastructure, PaceMaker, and the GUI. I'd expect that these spec files
were maintained as part of the projects.

So that means you'd have to build three packages - though the heartbeat
core package should be rather stable compared to the others, and they
might have different release schedules (this being part of the reason
for this step).

For what its worth, we'll of course continue to provide pre-built
packages for all major distributions at the Build Service.

If you were so inclined, you could of course create a combined spec
file, building all three tarballs inside one package, but I'd not think
that to be a good idea going forward, as you'd lose the flexibility and
granularity again.
