Sure, feel free to; at least I have no objections.
I wonder if we could add a Recommends/Requires: pacemaker or whatever
line to heartbeat's package, so that users don't accidentially update
heartbeat and find themselves with not-quite-what-they want.
The packages in the build service already have this (at least for the
distros that support the Recommends keyword)
Saying "Requires: pacemaker" doesn't seem like a good idea though
