Yes, this is a problem. We have worked on Lustre storage using Linux-HA, and I've come across this problem. You need to patch the /usr/lib/ocf/resource.d/heartbeat script and add 'lustre' into the list of filesystems which contains ext3 xfs etc. I don't have the exact patch to hand (sorry) Please could you try that and report back what the result is when you do it?
