It is missing from the debs provided at the ultramonkey site
(which is odd), but not from the packages which I just built:

# dpkg -L heartbeat | grep ipmi
/usr/lib/stonith/plugins/external/ipmi

Somehow external/ipmi was left out. Same for ciblint, which I
think somebody already noticed. CC-ing Horms.
