For the record, the OID for an AP7900 running 3.3.3 is .1.3.6.1.4.1.318.1.1.12.3.3.1.1.4. and outlet number is sub item 1-8 with no leading 0.
Perhaps you should change the name to stonith external/snmp now :-).
