Agreed, they should be configurable, however you must consider that if a
device requires a string instead of integer the snmpset command will
require a modifier other than 'i', so it gets even trickier.

Perhaps we should look for a case where it will be useful other than the
APC PDU, are you aware of any other snmp enabled devices that support
write to reset, on, and off? I would imagine most of the ilo cards form
dell, hp, and ibm do.

I think adding the nodename and allowing modification of the OID for
different rack PDU devices form APC is good enough until a case arises
for something else snmp.

Actually, it was a dumb question. I had overlooked that the GUI was
running on a box that is not in the cluster, and I never updated the
rackpdu plugin on that machine, just the cluster nodes, my mistake.
