Monitored: not sure if it was before, but it is now.

How did it fail: haven't had the time to analyze it properly. Needs to
be done though.

This afternoon's test went well fortunately. Stonith amongst other
things. Pulling the heartbeat network cable resulted in nodeA shooting
nodeB. Then when nodeB rebooted, it shot nodeA. NodeA shot nodeB again
etc. We'll switch to from power reset to power off probably. We'll
discuss that RSN.
