There was no "crm respawn" in 2.0.7. Try "crm yes".

Excellent, that did the trick. I'm a little surprised that logging doesn't
say something obvious like "Invalid configuration value."
I'm up and running thanks to both Johan & Dejan.
I think I might ditch the Fedora RPM of 2.0.7 and try building the latest
from source. I just really needed to get it running to prove the concept to
management.
