The question is what do you mean by "correct". Anyway, how did you get that release? By getting hg.clusterlabs.org/.../stable-0.6/.../tip.tar.gz some time ago? I'd suggest using the released code instead of going for the tip. And this one is definitely too old. If you go to http://hg.clusterlabs.org/pacemaker/stable-0.6/ at the bottom of the page there are links for various releases, if you prefer to compile it yourself. Otherwise, you can download rpms or debs from the OBS service (see the download pages at clusterlabs.org or linux-ha.org).
