Hello,
I recently compiled Heartbeat 2.1.3 and then compiled and installed
Pacemaker-0-6-281c71d1a858. How can I know if I am using the correct
version of Pacemaker ??
The question is what do you mean by "correct". Anyway, how did
you get that release? By getting
hg.clusterlabs.org/.../stable-0.6/.../tip.tar.gz some time ago?
I'd suggest using the released code instead of going for the tip.
And this one is definitely too old. If you go to
http://hg.clusterlabs.org/pacemaker/stable-0.6/
at the bottom of the page there are links for various releases,
if you prefer to compile it yourself. Otherwise, you can download
rpms or debs from the OBS service (see the download pages at
clusterlabs.org or linux-ha.org).
I downloaded from link on comment 10 in bug 1852:
http://developerbugs.linux-foundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1852
recommend you the newest vesion ? 0.6.4 ?f
Yes. Or, if you can wait a bit, Andrew will release 0.6.5 soon.
Ok! but what is pacemaker really ?? It is a part of linux-ha... I have
some servers with stable release 2.1.3 of Heartbeat, and if I execute
"crm_attribute -G -n dc-version -Q", I have an output like 2.1.3 but if
I install Pacemaker I have an output like 0.6.4
Thank you!
Thanks,
Dejan
