is there a way to reset the complete configuration and start clean? with
cibadmin -E all the status information about the resources and nodes stays.
I jsut want to go back to epoch 0 and num_updates 0 with an empty cib.

I found this to be the safest way to do that. Safest as in "reliably
working way".
1. heartbeat stop on all nodes
2. rm /var/lib/heartbeat/crm/* on all nodes
3. heartbeat start on all nodes
