What version of Heartbeat are you running?
I was running 2.0.x, and I got this error all the time. I
updated to 2.1.3, and now I don't get it anymore.
I believe that what's happening is that you have a node
which has the same hostname as one which the cluster already
knows is part of it, but the UUID is different from the one
which is in the CIB. Because the UUID is different, the
cluster thinks that the node is trying to spoof its way into
the cluster.
