That was fixed in March and is included, but the commit did not mention
that bugzilla id, because as per comment #16, it was fixed as part of a
different bug.
As to when the rest of the issue will get investigated, you'll have to
ask on the bug.
Not having STONITH though means your environment is badly broken.
