Hi Nikita, I did, and did come across a handful of setup notes by various people, but I can't seem to replicate the success even if I follow their setup to the very detail. Linux-ha documentation seems patchy.
I'll look through the 2nd link you provided and see if it can help me in my quest :) Thanks! Hi Daren, yes, it's not so simple to configure HA-v2, but it's worth. Did you already googled for documentation ? Good starting point may be: http://linux-ha.org/HeartbeatTutorials http://clusterlabs.org/mw/Image:Configuration_Explained.pdf etc. RTFM HTH Nikita Michalko > Hi guys, > > I am exploring HeartBeatv2 now, in a bid to get it to monitor resource > uptime, rather than just node uptime (as with v1). > This involves CRM (cib.xml). > > Its pretty complicated and the documentation at linux-ha.org doesn't seem > to work for me, and its not very clear... > Probably due to my lack of experience on the matter. > > Does anyone have a link to write up or an example setup that I can look at > to better understand how I can make use of it? > > I am looking to monitor mysql with this. > > Thanks! > Daren > > _______________________________________________ > Linux-HA mailing list > [email protected] > http://lists.linux-ha.org/mailman/listinfo/linux-ha > See also: http://linux-ha.org/ReportingProblems _______________________________________________ Linux-HA mailing list [email protected] http://lists.linux-ha.org/mailman/listinfo/linux-ha See also: http://linux-ha.org/ReportingProblems _______________________________________________ Linux-HA mailing list [email protected] http://lists.linux-ha.org/mailman/listinfo/linux-ha See also: http://linux-ha.org/ReportingProblems
