The problem is that my clusters are R1. We don't use resource scripts.

remember that the resource script gets called with the 'stop' parameter when the
box becomes inactive. you can write a resource script that will do whatever you
want at that point.

the thing to remember is that it's perfectly legal for heartbeat to issue a stop
to an already stopped resource, so make sure that your resource script doesn't
do anything wrong if it gets run with stop multiple times.
