Hi, I'm currently setting up Heartbeat (heartbeat-stonith-2.1) on CentOS 5.2 on a 2 node cluster. The nodes are called data00 and data01, both of which are HP servers with ILo interfaces.
I've configured heartbeat to work correctly except for stonith which keeps returning 256 If I execute this on data01 I always get `returned 256' stonith -v -l -t external/riloe -F /etc/ha.d/rac-ctl.conf ** INFO: external_run_cmd: Calling '/usr/lib64/stonith/plugins/external/riloe status' returned 256 hostlist=data00.xb.nl rac-ctl.conf contains: hostlist=data00.nb.nl ilo_hostname=data00-rac.nb.nl ilo_user=rester ilo_password=xxx ilo_can_reset=1 ilo_protocol=2.0 ilo_powerdown_method=button -S I've verified that data01 can access port 443 on data00-rac.nb.nl, which is the ILo hostname of peer All the hostnames resolve correctly in DNS. I guess I've made a simple error, so could someone explain what I'm doing wrong? Is there any way to get more verbose debug info? May I thank all who have contributed to heartbeat over the years.
