Ah I see your confusion, heartbeat doesn't care what ldirectord does
and ldirectord doesnt care what heartbeat does....
So heartbeat brings up the Floating IPs (resources) and starts ldirectord.
Then ldirectord starts and uses the settings in ldirectord.cf  to
configure LVS (kernel mapping for virtual servers).
