The packages are also available from the server:ha-clustering:Factory
project on the openSUSE Build Service; it's what you can use if you want
to test right now.
Those will end up in SLE 11 HAE eventually, but the OBS is currently a
bit ahead most of the time - as the media only gets generated every few
days while we actively work on those all the time.
The media, as you note, is only available to beta customers, and will be
generally available in a few weeks for purchase. (Including support
etc.) The website will be updated by then.
