Hello list, While trying to install Heartbeat from source, I'm facing the following error after submitting './ConfigureMe configure' (as root):
checking for gcc... gcc
checking for C compiler default output file name... configure: error: C
compiler cannot create executables
See `config.log' for more details.
I fear I'm not experienced enough to find any usable hints in config.log
(see attachment) but it seems to me that there is a version problem with
gcc.
My config:
RH4 ppc on IBM iSeries LPAR
Kernel 2.6.9-34.EL
Heartbeat 2.1.4
Gcc 3.4.5-2
