I guess that you mean something which operates power from outside
of host. UPS and PDU devices. stonith -L shows:

apcmaster
apcsmart
baytech
nw_rpc100s
rps10
wti_nps
external/rackpdu

Now, some of those, if equipped with multiple outlets, may not
accept multiple outlets (in your case two) for requests. I'm not
sure which.

Finally, you should reconsider. Note that the cluster can't
protect you from most multiple simultaneous failures. Note also
that the stonith device is not needed always, but just very
seldom. Of course, if it doesn't work when you need it, that's
really bad. The major problem of ILO is that it may loose power,
but given that you have redundant power supplies that's not a big
problem anymore.
