But I can receive status using by following command:
sudo /etc/ha.d/resource.d/apache status
2009/10/15_17:28:28 INFO: apache not running
2009/10/15_17:28:28 INFO: Resource is stopped
INFO: Resource is stopped
Please explain me how I can add status module for apache RA ?
What you mean about allowed access from localhost (127.0.0.1)?

The apache RA requires the status module and access allowed from
the localhost (127.0.0.1). That's usually why the start times
out. Why mysql timed out, I wouldn't know, take a look at the
logs, in particular look for lines lrmd.*mysql.
