ok, I meant, I suppose that 5s is a value a little bit risky with regard to
the network activity variations, I did not try to test really with
cluster-delay set
at 5s.

No, sorry for my english , I wanted to tell that I only needed one node
active during
the configuration phase of the HA cluster. I did not need other nodes of the
HA cluster to join the HA cluster during my installation/configuration
phase.
