I should also point out that I have about 30 other instances of MySQL running on the server, but until today I've been using lsb scripts instead of ocf resources. It's the ocf ones that are causing problems. (Please don't ask why I'm switching to OCF. Suffice it to say that the lsb ones had a different problem but it wasn't critical.)
