There is a slight issue with the oracle RA:
the RA kills all processes it finds that belong top oracle, after a
shutdown. this includes the listener. during normal takeover/failover
situations that is no problem, but if you have an erratic ping node, and
the systems starts a failover, but then decides to stop the failover and
stay on the current node, because the ping resource is no longer faulty,
this becomes an issue. we have experienced a number of situations, where
it recovered after stopping oracle, but before stopping the listener. when
the cluster then starts oracle again, it leaves the listener untouched
-and dead. this of course is ony an issue, if the monitoring resource is
not set to restart in case of a failure.

No. We have oracle and oralsnr resource agents, so you should be
good to go with pacemaker.

Thanks,
