Funny argumentation:
- Today the default OCF_ROOT path is not as stated in the spec.
- Someone changed it to a different path in real packaging.
RedHat and SuSE are selling products based on that. Why does
it not matter? Because it works.
- The reason for that change is not known at the moment
- Let's change the spec to reflect the reality
- BUT: Don't change the spec to allow relocation of OCF_ROOT when
there are meaningful arguments for doing so.
