Unfortunately I cannot install pacemaker :(
I just installed heartbeat 2.1.4 and in crm_mon I am getting
Master/Slave status.
Master/Slave Set: ms_1
Stateful_1:0 (heartbeat::ocf:Stateful): Master centOS58-1
Stateful_1:1 (heartbeat::ocf:Stateful): Started centOS58-2
Master/Slave Set: ms_2
Stateful_2:0 (heartbeat::ocf:Stateful): Master centOS58-1
Stateful_2:1 (heartbeat::ocf:Stateful): Started centOS58-2
However, I have some queries.
1. I am getting the below error when any file in the directory
/var/run/heartbeat/rsctmp/ is delete(To simulate process failure).

2. Do I need to add a separate monitor operations for Master and
Slave(Right now it is "Started")?
3. It would be great if someone provides a sample configuration for below
scenario.(default-stickiness/migration-threshold etc).
a. If a Master resource fails, slave resource running on another node
should become Master and failed resource should be restarted.
b. If a Slave resource fails, only the slave resource should be
restarted.
