Something in FBB is not set up properly. Re-check port.sys and
init.srv for problems. I hope your bbs is loaded on /usr/local/fbb/ as the
short instructions suggested.

What version of FBB are you using? Mine is 7.0.e and it works
well. But getting port.sys right is a hard thing.
