need help w/ rs232 in baycom modem

hi all,

I need help w/ rs232 connection in baycom modem,
which is different from usual rs232 serial connection.

This is what I do with my cable connection from modem to computer :

DTE(computer)                   DCE (baycom)
1                               1
2(rx)                           8(rx for baycom)
3(tx)                           4(tx for baycom)
4                               -(none)
5(gnd)                          5(gnd)
6                               -(none)
7(rts)                          7(rts)
8(cts)                          -(none)
9                               -(none)

please tell me :
- where can I put pin 7 to ptt pin on DCE ??
- is my connection right so far ??
