I use Jnos/Linux, but I use Pine simply because I don't like Elm.  But, the
easiest way to write msgs for the jnos to process, is to use the syntax:
(to address:) [EMAIL PROTECTED]

Then, if in your jnos rewrite file you have done as the docs suggest and
near the top, place the line:
*%*@your_jnos.ampr.org $1@$2 r

You should be in business. Sendmail with then deliver it to jnos, and jnos
will process it.
There is another method, and that is to have elm place the outgoing mail msg
in a place other than /var/spool/mqueue, and use the "u2j" program contained
in the jnos111 source distribution.  Be sure to edit u2j for your jnos
mqueue pathspec and recompile.
