R: How I compiled the ax25-utils-2.1.42a with kernel 2.2.1

Adrian's hints work very fine.

I now run my newly compiled ax25 utilities on kernel 2.2.2.

Just a remark:
Due to the different '/proc/net/ax25' file format, the "links" command on
node produces now unreadable output.
