. . . it was defintely just a routing problem (identical callsigns for
sm0 and kiss).
This does the trick:

net2kiss -sfvaz -i sm0 ptyp2 &
# XXXXX
axparms -route add sm0 <sm0-callsign>
axparms -route add sm0 <kiss-callsign>
______________________________________________
Now there`s just single packet-traffic on the link directed to sm0 and
received by kiss,
no packet-rejects and link-resets.
