I have sent an excerpt of the PTC-II version 2.5 manual to Karl. It is 32 K long and I will spare the list from receiving it. It deals with the modulation and encoding methods used by the PTC-II. Anyone else on this list interested in a copy please email me directly. I downloaded a huge file containing the whole manual in Microsoft Word 6 about a year ago from http://www.scs-ptc.com from which I derived this ASCII one for my own use as I do not have Windows on my computer.
