soundcards?

Hi guys,
Are these the only cards to work with packet radio?
Echo Speech Corp.
Personal Sound system
Cardinal DSP16 (Plus)
Orchid Soundwave 32
Wearness Beethoven.

Is there a "best" soundcard for packet radio purposes?

PS. I've spent few hours surfing the net to buy soundwave 32 with 
little success. Nowhere to be found.
