 There basically
is one method being used for DGPS on ham radio these days, you
take a $250 oncore and a $180 PIC board and marry them to your
radio. Then you broadcast these corrections on the aprs frequency.

I think a number of people are working on something like that, you of
course mean taking the DGPS feed off the internet and sending it over
the air, I take it?
