Yes. But I think that there is no problem, Terry is still the
maintainer,
that does not must that he must do all the work. Sure that when he
takes again the work, he will adopt /update one of the the more current
versions... Terry is very busy, that's not an excuse to freeze the
AX25-HOWTO, we can keep on, that's why (I suppose) the document is GPL.
