DOSemu to Linux packet link?

Hey there.

How can I iternally connect a Packet program running in DOSemu 
with the Linux Kernal ?
My DOS programs can use the TF(xxx), BPQ or Flexnet drivers. 
Are there some way to create a internal seial port? or what?

I know it can be done, but how?
