A PI2 (equipped with an ESCC) and the dmascc driver should do fine. The
granularity of the timing parameters currently is 1/25600Hz=39.1us.
In the current version (as of 2.2.0-pre6), you probably have to hack WR7'
to enable the TX FIFO in case of DMA - otherwise you would have a few TX
underruns at 1.2Mbps. I'm working on a minor update including this change.
