According to the CHANGES file from the modules patches, 14e was the last
patch for 2.0.31.

for 2.0.34 ax25-module-14h as far as i can tell.
To get over all the problems of patching your source, the best thing to do
is to obtain kernel-2.0.36 both 35 and 36 have all the ax25-module patches
included in the kernel source.

Redhat-5.1 is a glibc system, you will need a version of the ax25-utils
which has been converted for glibc use, try;
ftp://pete.resuba.com/pub/Linux/apps/ham/ax25-utils-2.1.42b.tar.gz
ftp.ucsd.edu
/hamradio/packet/tcpip/incoming/ax25-utils-2.1.42a.glibc.tar.gz
I would imagen the above has now changed to something like
/hamradio/packet/tcpip/ax25
I am sure others will be able to give you some more reacent URL's.
