Bernd Eckenfels himself told me that he is the co-maintainer,
Philip is the official maintainer of the net-tools. He also said that
regardless that he can't say something about ham radio protocol
support in the net-tools in general and ROSE in particular he thinks
that these protocols should work and that both he and Philip are
pleased to receive hints and suggestions for improvement.
