Hi all!
I'm sending this mail in order to get the info on setting up a TCP/IP
network via AX25 in our state. Main aim is to provide Internet access to
all the users and also local area networking.
The server will be located in a remote place having high coverage area,
linked with local packet radio network and also the Internet. The server
will be a Pentium Celeron(Cyrix MII 333), running Linux. It will be
connected to the AX25 network using a 9600bps modem - MFJ 1270CQ
(SoundModem[???]) and connected to the Internet @ 33.6kbps via an
external modem.
[The items given within the brackets are also choices, which can be opted
for this purpose]
What I want from all you, who can help me, is a detailed description and
complete cfg of the above setup.
I don't know whether the SoundModem can be used at the server end and also
abt the Internet connection via a modem!! Please suggest some possible and
easy solutions too.
