        Flexnet is private owned software so it is not allowed on Linux.
The ax25-utils written for Linux will simulate the BPQ look to users.
Print the ax25-HOWTO from the redhat cd-rom you have. Get the redhat rpm
of the ax25-utils from contrib.redhat.com and set this up.

        Probably. I have never run the DOS version so I can't comment
except to say my XFFB in Linux has NEVER Crashed.

        Yes. Get 2 ethernet or network "cards". I like the ones that use
rg-58 to connect them. Get 2 50 ohm loads. Hook up the stuff and get it
working. Then add a telnet line to port.sys so you can telnet via the
cards to your shack.
