Greetings All

I have uploaded onto the FTP site (ftp.hes.iki.fi:/pub/ham/unix/satellite)
a new file, mtrack-0.2-1.tar.gz. This is a small upgrade on the last
release with the following new features:

- Support for MM/DD/YYYY dates, settable from the preferences menu, and
saved in the mtrackrc/.mtrackrc files. But it still says "Colour" on the
  menu bar :-)

- A new text mode program to import NASA TLE files, for use with
cron or similar. Just simply give it a list of TLE files, or it will
  read standard input.

- The marks on the map for the User and the Satellite are now bigger.

- A different way of determining time zones and daylight savings time.

- Some bug fixes.

The NASA file import program was written by Hamish and he hopes to produce
an AMSAT format import program in due course too. At that time I will
incorporate AMSAT file import into the main mtrack program.

The file locations are the same as the last release. So if you already
have the previous mtrack installed, just do a "make install-progs" after
typing "make". The new selection of the date format will only come into
force once you save your preferences or exit the program. The default is
to use the European DD-MM-YYYY format as before.
