        As an American in the USA I was taught to use MMDDYYYY in school
and all the darn forms we fill out use that arrangement. As an Englishman
you were taught in school to use DDMMYYY and all the forms are layed out
that way. Since you wrote this program it will reflect your experiance.

        If your trying to sell cars to the USA you better put the steering
wheel on the left side or they will not sell. But your giving away a nice
software package so you don't need to cater to us.
