I'm pleased to announce the 3.0 version of TkConv, a Tcl/Tk based convers
client. It is based on TkConv v1.0 by Carl Makin VK1KCM. I have made quite
a few enhancements and almost all features of colrconv and some additional
ones are implemented. I have also agreed with Carl that from now on I will
be the maintainer of TkConv so direct any questions, bug reports or
suggestions to me.
