Hi Gerd, have a look at previous mails: the guy who proposed the initial
patch is Hans-Peter Zorn and the guy who tested that 'unacceptable'
behaviour was me ;-)

Thanks to Hans-Peter for having suggested me the way out for the patch.

Sure, I've tried the behaviour of my patch in that situation and all seems
ok.
I'm not completely sure about OTHER behaviours that may occur.
