I am happy to say that the first beta RELEASE of PACTOR gateway for linux will be
ready for beta-testers soon and seems to work ok.

The software consists of:

A Windozes95,98 mail client written in VisualBasic for PACTOR and GTOR
A Linux server that works as a gateway to Internet written in gcc.

Some features of the client/server package are:
GNU
Password auth for sending and retrieving mails. Using Share Secret Auth.

If you are interested about the software or be a beta tester---
please mail to: [EMAIL PROTECTED]

A Linux client is under construction...

Some questions:

I am also working in a LEO satelite gateway....
i am running microsat under libc5.. in a Debian 1.3.1
does anyone know if microsat have been ported to glibc2?
i will be very please to check the code to move it from libc5 to libc6 if there is
not a glibc2 version...
