I really don't know very much about radio
transmission, so I though i'd have to go over the
building. Yes, I have to choose a cheap solution.

Using a VHF solution, as you said, is that possible
to use directional antena to avoid interferences with
other services? I'm asking that because is **really**
hard to get a license to transmit radio, so I have to
try to make something that works without spreading
signals all around.
Can you point some hardware?
