I don't believe there is such a document, but as the person who up and went
and changed all the APIs for the new ax25 libraries I should be able to
help you.
The functions now are very similar to what you would do if you were using
normal unix sockets, such as TCP/IP ones.
If you get the new libax25 package, you will find a manual page describing
some of the functions you will need.
I thought there was a problem with APRS licenses.. if this implementation is
"free" (eg GPLed) I'd be quite happy to assist you with the coding around
the ax25 bits.
