TCP window on ax25 don't work?

Hi all!

        I have a problem with setting the tcp window with my  ax25 port, i
put it with
route add xx.x.x.x. window 500. On the /proc the window on this port seems
to be ok, too with route -e , but when i establish a FTP connection the
window go to 8192 (is too high for 1200 bps!) . For the port SLIP work OK,
the version of my linux is the 2.1.22, someone help me please???
